Materials:
Fruit ½ cucumber, finely chopped
6 plum tomatoes, grated
1 red bell pepper, cut into small boxes
1 green pepper, cut into small boxes
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 slices white bread
½ liter of water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine
½ tsp paprika powder
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
ice cubes to serve
How to Treat:
- stir all ingredients in a bowl, let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Blend until smooth and serve with ice cubes
